By accessing or using SafiBets services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SafiBets. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

To use SafiBets services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age • Be a resident of Kenya or an authorized jurisdiction • Not be prohibited from gambling by any applicable law • Have a valid mobile phone number for registration • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration We reserve the right to verify your age and identity at any time. Failure to meet these requirements may result in account suspension or termination.

When creating an account: • You must provide accurate personal information • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • You must not share your account with any other person • Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account SafiBets reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or are suspected of fraudulent activity.

Deposit Terms: • Minimum deposit amount is KES 10 • Deposits are processed via M-Pesa • Deposits are subject to 5% tax as per applicable regulations • Deposits are credited instantly upon successful payment Withdrawal Terms: • Minimum withdrawal amount is KES 100 • Maximum withdrawal per transaction is KES 150,000 • Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours • You can only withdraw to the M-Pesa number registered with your account • All winnings must be wagered at least once before withdrawal

General Betting Rules: • Minimum stake is KES 10 per bet • Maximum stake and payout limits apply based on market type • All bets are final once confirmed • Bets are settled based on official results from recognized sources • In case of event cancellation, bets will be voided and stakes refunded Live Betting: • Odds may change during live events • Bets placed during live events are subject to acceptance • We reserve the right to void bets placed after the relevant outcome has been determined Multi-Bet Bonus: • Add 3 or more selections to qualify for bonus • Bonus percentage equals number of selections (e.g., 5 selections = 5% bonus) • All selections must win for bonus to be applied

SafiBets offers a 20% cashback on all losing bets: • Cashback is automatically credited when a bet loses • Cashback amount is 20% of the stake • Cashback has no wagering requirements • Cashback is credited to your main balance • This promotion may be modified or discontinued at any time

SafiBets is committed to responsible gambling: • Set deposit limits to control your spending • Take breaks using our self-exclusion feature • Gambling should be for entertainment, not a source of income • Never bet more than you can afford to lose • If you feel you have a gambling problem, seek help immediately Self-Exclusion: • You can temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from our platform • During exclusion, you will not be able to place bets or access your account • Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately Support Resources: • National Council on Problem Gambling • Gamblers Anonymous Kenya • Contact our support team for assistance

The following activities are strictly prohibited: • Using automated systems or bots to place bets • Attempting to defraud or manipulate the system • Money laundering or any illegal financial activities • Collusion with other users • Using someone else's identity or payment methods • Exploiting errors or technical glitches • Any form of match-fixing or insider betting • Creating multiple accounts Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

SafiBets shall not be liable for: • Technical failures or service interruptions • Losses incurred due to user error • Losses from unauthorized account access due to user negligence • Events beyond our reasonable control • Decisions made based on information provided on our platform Our maximum liability is limited to the amount in your account at the time of the incident.

In case of disputes: • Contact our customer support within 7 days of the incident • Provide all relevant details and evidence • We will investigate and respond within 14 business days • Our decision on betting disputes is final • For unresolved matters, disputes may be escalated to the Betting Control and Licensing Board of Kenya All disputes will be governed by the laws of Kenya.

SafiBets may terminate your account: • For violation of these Terms and Conditions • For suspected fraudulent activity • At your request for self-exclusion • For extended periods of inactivity (12+ months) • For any reason at our sole discretion with appropriate notice Upon termination: • All pending bets will be settled or voided • Remaining balance will be refunded (minus any disputed amounts) • You will no longer have access to your account
